The approximately 11.5 ounce extra-thick material is woven using the characteristics of a loop knitting machine that can evenly tighten the fabric to its maximum density, and is resistant to shrinkage or distortion even after repeated wear and washing. The design is based on the stand-up collar baseball uniform from the early 1900s. The body and hem widths are designed to be wider for spring, and the pockets are made of back-nep twill material with subtle color differences due to product dyeing.
